Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed we are unfortunately unable to cancel your order. You can however request a refund on certain items once you have received them.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address at any stage up until the order has shipped. To do this please email info@ilovemakai.com

When can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number within 2 working days from when you placed your order. You can use this tracking number to track your package on www.fastway.co.za

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 2 - 5 working days depending on where in South Africa you reside. Outlying areas may take a little longer.

Can I return / exchange my order?

We offer returns and exchanges and returns on all items except swimwear and bodysuits for hygiene reasons.

Can I become an ambassador?

We do sometimes look for ambassadors however these opportunities will be posted on our social media when they become available.
